When I went in to the apartment ofice for help the staff was rude and horrible. They spoke amongst each other as if I was not at the window. After putting in the appliatin the manager asked me so many questions that didnt pertain to the application. She advised me that the apartment wld be ready in time however once she found out that I was a ------- things changed quickly. When I called back she said "Girl, I forgot". We are not long time friends I just want an apartment. If you are of the LGBT family I dont recommend them at all

I wish you the best. I have moved into Estates at Crystal Bay and it is lovely. I have no problems what so ever. No complaints. I has one problem where my son put sunflower seeds down the tub drain. I called maintence and I promise they were there before the phone hung up. I really recommend them

everyone cant afford crystal bay thats why we need leaders in the industry this apt complex is in the hood but the hood doesnt have to live in them they have security ot secure and if thestaff cant make the office pleasant and professional are thay able to keep the thousands of dollars that was just sank into this community a good faith investment to the community these are our tax dollars they should b shame

myself,i'll never do another apt. and be sandwich in between...music,children running all over,bars like you in jail,checking your friends with security,connecting pourches,i never sit outside because of nasty people next door-how you gonna move in and the next few mins you sitting on the nasty pourch already ain't was the pourch-windows,you louch drawing a crowd-music- people talk'in bout who wat a drink....nasty.............i am house bound,all the way single if i can find it quick,fast and in a dam hurry....R-U-N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
