If you care about the look and feel of your apartment, these are worth the money. I just moved to Indy and looked at apartments for 4 days before I came here, and I signed the lease on the spot. I was previously a homeowner, so I wasn't ready to go back to the old college-style apartments with worn out carpet and thin walls. These apartments are only a few years old and have nice little extras. The property always looks nice - they didn't try to cram 450 apartments in the complex - it's quiet and in a good location. I've been extremely happy so far.
