Nice place but a little upity

Compared to other Carmel apartments this one is no doubt the top end. The apartments are well built and very clean, and they should be for what you pay. I lived there a year and never had a problem, the nighbors were nice and respectful.
The office staff was exceptional but I didnt care for the head manager. She talked down to me, probably because I am one of the few that doesnt drive a $40,000 car. JC Hart Company has a long time reputation for being shady but North Haven is a nice community. Hopefully when Hart goes bankrupt North Haven will keep its standards under a new owner.
Overall North Haven is an exceptional place to live. It is safe, secure, clean, quiet and professional. The maintenace guy is incredible, the ladies in the front office are very professional and the community is respectful.
I highly recommend.
