I have renewed my lease for the 3rd year recently. Aside from loving my view of the lake, I absolutely love the apartment. I have had a few issues over the years but each of them have been handled immediately. The office staff and maintenance is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this apartment for someone who is tired of all the traffic around all the other apartments.
