The apartments are nice but with so many new places opening they are about average by todays standards. NH is expensive compared to many other places, probably because they think this is "Carmel" since it is on the North side of 96th Street.

The residents are horrible, it is mostly college kids that have no regard for people with 9-5 jobs. Weeknights are loud and rowdy, drunk 21 year olds slamming doors and shouting. Management ignores complaints of loud music and disruptive neighbors.
