I agree with the other reviewers re: the downhill slide of this apartment complex. I first moved in 2 years ago because this was a safer place to live; however, recently I avoid my own apartment because I don't feel safe there. There are maintenance requests that I made upon move-in that have still not been addressed. When I told the front office that I wanted to break my lease due to safety and value for my money, they tried to throw another deal at me...no wonder the clientele has declined. It's really too bad that they don't offer their current residents those deals. The redeeming qualities of the complex, the apartment layouts and the beautiful grounds, are overshadowed by the shoddy construction and piles of feces everywhere. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
