BEWARE: AFTER MOVE OUT - YOU WILL GET A FAT BILL

Hello,
We stayed in this apartments for two years. Once we moved out we got a hefty bill for kitchen odor, carpet replacement (whole house) :((( and walls painting. I think the moveout bill was very grossly overcharged for some things which are bound to happen when people STAY in the apartment (cooking and traffic).
One the top of it, management (senior) is soooooooo rude and un-professional that, you almost feel disgusted with their behavior.
The lower end staff looks and behaves very friendly as expected but wait till you move out!
I have seen very steady corrosion of family friendly enviornment in this community from when we moved in to when we moved out (that was one of the major point for gettting out of there).
One piece of advice, when you move out PLEASE arrange for a home inspection before you hand over the keys. Unless, if you are LUCKY and the community manager's nose is stuffed she can SMELL anything based on her beliefs and taste. If she likes it you are saved, if not join our club.
Hope this piece of caution and advice will help you keep your precious money with you.

Can't agree more to what Ras has said. I had very similar experience with this apartments... we use to live there one year back... the manager was outrageous and most disgusting individual I had come across in Indy.

You are nuts to move out without being PRESENT at the inspection. I moved out from here, and had NO problems.

Management should be honest enough that a Walk is not necessary. Under Indiana law, apartment owners can get away with anything and they know it. Just because you don't have half a dozen people around as witnesses, is not license for management to charge honest tenants for things they didn't do. krahr91 is probably the biggest suck-up on the property
