I have lived at the Oaks since 2003 and I think that it is a wonderful place to live, if I could buy my apartment I would definitely do it. I haven't had any problems, the office staff is friendly as well as the maintenance techs and the techs get the maintenance request taking care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone who is searching.

I am sure this review is written by someone from the Oaks staff. It sounds like everything is perfect at Oaks which is certainly not the case. Why write "anonomously" if one is so happy there... just thinking...

The above review was written by an OEC employee, if that isn't terribly obvious from reading the other reviews. This place is not a wonderful place to live, as there are bugs, crime, noise, poor staff, and an overall pathetic living experience. I hope this place burns to the ground!

Yeah...I totally agree... this place need to go down to junkyard... the bugs and crime problem has been reported so many times that it looks like its management is deaf and dumb :(

Mangement is ---- just think of the worst you can about people and that's what they are. The above was indeed written by management, which is good, because they are reading this site and what the honest residents have to say about them. Also CHECK OUT THE OTHER APARTMENT RATING SITES--THEY HAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE OAKS, TOO. DON'T LIVE HERE. I SAID--LISTEN TO THE CONSENSUS TRUTH!!!!

I don't think its a bad place. Atleast that my experience over past 7-8 months. They have good maintainance. But carpets aer usually bad. They changed my dishwasher and all at first compaint. They even changed the bath tub which was good. But there fine policy id ad-hoc and they are usually funny with smells. If one cooks there will BE smell. However of late couple of my friends have espcaped without fine which means they might be improving.
