MAKE SURE YOU DO THE WALK THROUGH WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER WHEN YOU MOVE-OUT!!!
If you do not do this, I promise you that you will get a bogus bill for cleaning charged when you move-out.
I lived here for two years and when I moved out they screwed me bad! Not only did they take the security deposit, but they also charged an extra $500.00.
And by the way... this was normal wear and tear. Maybe instead of ripping up carpet on a regular basis, they should learn how to clean it. Carpet in an apartment should have a 5 year life span!
Take my word for it, this property and Camco Inc. will take your money and run. Call the corporate headquarters in Chicago if you have been screwed too. It really shows that the corporate office in Chicago is not keeping very good tabs on the property manager at this property.

Also, contact the actual owners of the property, the Teacher's Retirement System of Illinios. They have a website that includes phone numbers and addresses and you can also send them email. They want to know what's going on here, and several of us are giving them documentation of our being fleeced and pirated by the manager and CAMCO. Do this if you have been screwed by this dishonest apartment complex.
