six reasons you can tell its new...
1) The staff is extremely busy. They are nice when you get ahold of them, but getting them is a problem sometimes.
2)It is very drab, the landscaping is going to take a while to mature as with any new place but I am trying to figure out where the landscaping is going to be since the buildings are so close together.
3)A lot of things go wrong, leaks, creaks, and just plain mishaps, there are still quite a few quirks to work out in the buildings.
4)The parking is great since only half of each building is full. I cant wait to see what it is going to be like once they are more full of people.
5) The clubhouse is nice, they put all of their money into the decorations and style to impress everyone who walks through the door, they spent so much on the clubhouse they forgot to build the other half of the pool!
6)The apartments are standard size for the quality of luxury apartments, and you can tell they are new because you pay out the butt for what you get.
