Overlook at Valley Ridge

Clearly all the money was put into the club house, which can only be used during business hours and is not available for renting or anything else (how nice for us). Every time you or your neighbors run water and shut it off you can hear it dripping inside the walls. The trash compactor is ALWAYS broke and trash is ALWAYS stacked up around it. I guess it never occurred to them to pay and have it picked up more than once a week. Its also right at the entrance to greet you when come home along with the sign "Welcome home". When the wind isnt blowing it smells like sewage, you dont dare leave your windows opened at night for fear of being gassed. You receive notes on your door on a daily basis about something they are complaining about. They have a motorized golf cart constantly going up and down the main street all day long, its annoying and loud. Landscaping is pitiful and might as well be non-existent. Mail is terrible sometimes you get it sometimes you dont (not their fault but still an inconvenience). The office staff are nice but rarely know whats going on and the half that does evidently doesnt work there all week. For the price we are just very disappointed, feel they are very unprofessional and very unreasonable; it would cost 4 months rent and $600 to break our lease. I have lived in many apartment communities over the years and have never been treated this way.
