To everyone that is considering Overlook.
Here is a list of problems and I am not the only one.

-Mice and insects.
-Mudd hills and mud everywhere
-Feeling unsafe
-Voilence
-Parties all the time!
-Gun shots!
-Parking and streets are too narrow and sharp turns.
Trash removel is terriable!

No free weights in Gym.
The small pool that never seems to be heated. If so not set high.

The staff is friendly but cant reply questions.When asked a question they stated," We will call you back and you know." Never did and in fact I called several times and got no reply.

Maintance- is very talkative, always seen with out uniform, talking on cell phone or just hanging out doing nothing.
Better yet just driving the 4x4 around and just relaxing or more talking. When there could be more done.

If you are a college student, rethink this place. Interstate 65 sucks almost every morning!

This place is new and way, way, over priced.
Maybe consider moving to the north side of indy.

When you read all the great signs coming in to overlook,let that be a warnig sign!

Alright, remeber that it is not just me. Many other people that I have spoken to and they fell the same way.

I wouldnt write this much for my health.
