Safety is the latest problem... we recently had the police here due to gun fire... several cars were shot. The police attempted to contact the 24 hour courtesy officer (that the office so boasts about) to find the phone system at Overlook doesnt work. This is the same phone system for an apartment emergency such as flooding or fire or any other crisis Overlook needs to be made aware of.

Look else where.... the staff are inexperience and have no idea how to treat people let alone their tenants. We hate it here. This place is NOT awesome, it sucks. Everything else mentioned by the other NO tenants is also true and a problem. Just look somewhere else there are several communities around here that are better priced and more space.... the traffic down here is terrible, you might as well move up north, where are apartments are a lot cheaper and several hundred more square feet, i wish we would have........
