I will say over the past few months things here has greatly improved, wouldn't you guess it boiled down to management. Since Amanda has taken over as the new property manager things have been much better. We still have a few issues but most are taken care of right away or completed within 48 hours. At the current time, there are several lights that are out on the buildings and this has been reported by myself several times as it is a huge safety issue. The courtesy officer thing is a huge joke, so never depend on that service as it has been that way since we first moved in. Maintenance has greatly improved, grounds are looking good, but still could use some grass seed in several areas as it is mostly nothing but dirt. Staffing at the current time is awesome, they have a new set of crew members that are very attentive. The business center is now up and running, after several months of not having one, so hopefully we have no more issues with that. Parking is still an issue as well as pet waste and people chaining there dogs to the patio. Overall things are getting better.
