The apartments themselves are nice, although they are cheaply built. I do not think they will last long at this price since they are constructed so poorly. But they look nice. The office staff is not good...they act fake and take FOREVER to get things done. I have to ask and ask and ask. It seems that things get done only when I get mad. We had a lot of problems when we first moved in (e.g. cost of apartment, apartment not being ready, mice, etc) but now we have not had many problems. They used to have great maintence staff here (although the office never passed along problems to them), but they all resigned within a month of each other. Now, the maintence staff sucks and the staff are shady. They can often be found late at night riding around on the maintence carts disturbing the peace. I do not trust them in my apartment alone. And the head guy is not too bright. It also seems that they are letting people rent here that do not look like they can afford it and I think they are charging too much money for all the problems that they do not take care of here. Oh there is not enough parking...they should assign spots.

I Agree 100% I saw the maintence carts at night tearing up the landscaping. I do not trust the staff and people are moving out Fast!!! The buildingS siding is falling off and the landscaping is horriable. The manager Erika is young and inexperienced. There is trash all over. I see trash every time I come home. You cant send mail out, unless u drop it off at the office. There are so many problems that it would a new staff that knows how to take care of a property of this size. I hate it here and can not wait to move. I hope that this helps someone.
