well i have only lived here a few short months and lrt me tell you this is not the place it is cracked up to be. The prices are too high for the quality of the buildings. Don't get me wrong the apartments are nice but the buildinds have needed repairs since i moved in, and nothing has happened. The siding is buckled and the soffit flaps in the wind. The management is too overworked to really know whats goin on here, they need more. When you need a maintenance request you wait for about a week to hve it repaired, or you have it repaored only for them to show up at another time to fix the same problem...lack of communication there. The trash compactor backs up 2 to 3 times a week and then the trash builds up for days before they fix it. All in all this is not the best community. Parking is another issue as well as noise. If you choose to stay here good luck.
