Needs a little help lately

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I have seen a major decline in the last few months. The hallways are always dirty...the trash compactor is always over flowing with trash....the same flag poles at at the front have been broken for months and look tacky...trash is never picked up in the back, but it is always nice and clean in the front....it took almost a week to have a very simple work order taken care of...The only reason I stay is for the convenience. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
