The apartment complex is required to have a fire extinguisher within 75-feet travel distance.
If extinguishers are not provided outside the apartments then each apartment is required to have one!
No cause of recent fire in complex.
Apartment grounds are a disgrace!
Litter, animal droppings, rope attached to columns, wood columns falling down and bent. Trash is everywhere!
Parking is unacceptable!
No mailing out, you have to go to the post office.

There have been several managers in the last couple of years. The apartments are falling apart inside with sever cracks and rodents and much more.

I agree with all the negative comments do not move here. Repeat do not do it.

I agree with you on this, I just think that the office staff is so overworked at times, and having to deal with individuals that don't care about the property.

your images must be old i walk this complex everyday and i have not seen that love seat in over a year i know where it was. the new management team here has changed things to the good there not magic workers it takes time. if you remember we had a ton of snow it melts and leaves a mess. maybe you need to get a life instead of sittings around in your apartment looking out your window for mistakes. i am 70 years old i dont have one bad thing to say about this place but thanks for giving a nice place to call home.

I agree with both of you. The office staff is overworked, and people who walk by trash, or see something that they want changed but never tell anyone, are the complainers. I have lived in many apartments and by far this one is best. No apartment complex will be perfect, or you will be paying 2x what you pay here for 100 % perfection. This is a great place to live!

I totally agree. BUT I just want to give you a head up about the mail -- if you put it in your mailbox the mailman will take it for you. It made my life so much easier once I found that out.
