You do not want to live here. First of all, the apartments are way overpriced. Over $700 for a 1 bed room is insane, especially when your car gets broken in to and vandalized. The neighbors are completely psycho and unfriendly. you have to park far from your door if you arrive after 5-6pm. Even a short trip to the store and you lose your parking spot that is a mile away and have to park even farther away. The swimming pool is tiny and always packed and freezing(although they claim it is heated). The staff is "nice" but they are of no help at all.I'm not sure if the courtesy officer exists. I tried to contact her twice when I had theft and vandalism issues and never returned my phone calls, neither did Buckingham. This should be a fairly safe place to live for the amount of money spent on rent, but it is not. Overlook is not worth it. Find another place of equal or lesser rent and move there. I hate paying over $700 a month in order to lose a car, gain a stalker, park a mile or 2 away from my door, not be able to through my trash away because the compactor is always full, have loose dogs run up to me and my leashed dog at least once a month, not be able to sleep after 4am because my neighbor upstairs is walking around and the walls are so thin I can hear every step they take.I am over this place and would not suggest moving here to anyone.
