I just recently broke my lease with Overlook due to the safety of myself and my daughter.. There are drunken fights all night of the hours coming from the bar located in front. I also had my car puked on and my tail light kicked out, on top of that my company had his car keyed. I told the staff I no longer felt safe due to the fights and vandalism and was pretty much told, "Sorry About Ya". I was willing to pay the thousands of dollars with no credit from them. Three months rent when I didn't even stay there and $1270 payoff fee. The thing that makes me mad is they told me they have never had problems like this, after reading these reviews I found out different. Overpriced
