Where in the hell do I begin with this' First off the positive postings are posted by office staff, and it is clear that it is. What a major coincidence that there is a negative posting (WHICH IS TRUE - 120%) and all of the sudden there is a postive one. I have lived here on the property for over a year, and let me tell you I am waiting until the lease is up. This place is HORRIBLE, here we have rules and regulations in place, and yet the staff won't ever enforce it. I agree with the other postings of what they have indicated. Dog feces is a HUGE issue as well as parking. And, with the fire that happened on November 3, 2008: what is the cause' We as residents should be informed of what goes on within the property, and something that severe I would like to know. And, maybe as a resident that wasn't affected by the fire, I wanted to help, donate money, or even materials to furnish the homes that were a total loss. But, NO. My biggest complaint with the office staff is that they can NEVER do anything on time, and communication is there biggest downfall. As a resident I am the one paying rent, and I am paying your salary and therefore you are working for me. All the office staff cares about is getting new leases and yet once you sign you can forget about all the niceness that they portray. I am terribly upset to read other reviews and to see that I am not the only one that has the feelings that I do.
Thanks

Dear Staff,
I have read one of the comments about Overlook and I have to say a few things.
One: I'm not a member of the staff, maintenance, or in any way paid by Overlook.
Two: Most of the time people who are happy don't post a comment because they don't NEED too.
Three: I have recommended Overlook at Valley Ridge to my friends (one signed for an apartment last week) because it's a delight to live there!
Four: Dog fecis? Whose responsibility is that, ultimatly? Is it maintenance? Is it the office workers? No, it's the people who walk the dogs. If they don't have the wherewithall to walk with a bag, and you see the poop dropping, or know who it is, you should call the office and let them know. Not sit and gripe.
Five: Each and every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile, genuine kindness, and a williness to help. Never have I been treated unfairly, or treated with distain.
Six: If you wish to know why an apartment burnt then you should ask someone. Maybe, just maybe now, the office cannot post why the fire happened because of legalities, restrictions. So, instead of blubbering maybe you should just find out. Hum?
Seven: Parking? Really? Parking? Have you ever been to an apartment where it wasn't almost full occupancy, and had alot of parking spaces? Probably not. It's just a matter of people in the apartments having friends, or company stopping by taking up spaces. Do you wish to have the office hand s out parking tags and tow away all of the extra cars? Do you have friends who stop by and need a space? Would you like the towed? Be real.
Lastly: I resigned my lease as soon as I could. Why? Because I love where I live and how I'm treated. If you have a problem then you need to address tehm and not hide behind "Anonamous".
