This place is disgusting. Dog poop everywhere, window blinds in tatters from dogs, no sidewalks, no maintenance crew, and no privacy. Come to Overlook during any holiday to see an apartment complex transformed into a dive bar! People don't go out, they invite friends over with no consequences from the management. Go ahead, call the leasing office and hit #4 to hear "We have no Courtesy Cop, call 911!" Take a tour on foot and see "Cigarette Butt Alley", a space between two of buildings with more cigarette butts than grass. What is nice is that the faces at the leasing office change so much! One day someone signs you for a 1-yr lease, the next day they quit and are replaced by an equally ill-informed idiot. The heated pool is nice; it's heated by the sun and remains empty or full of human piss for the entire summer. Not a lot of 'ethnic' people to speak of, but lots of white trash that easily replace the obnoxiousness afforded by people of color. Bottom line: don't sign a damn thing or even consider this over priced glorified slum. There are lots of options in this area, and, unfortunately for me, the decision to live here was made hastily - I'm paying out the rear for it now! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

You are funny. No, you are an ignorant idiot. No privacy? Close your blinds? You live in an apartment community. Why do you need to call the cops? Are you one of those cowards that cannot knock on your neighbors door and ask them to be quiet? Once again, this is an apartment community, and you chose to live in a community. If you want privacy, buy a home. Oh wait, you probably can't afford a home. Sorry. The leasing office changes? Have you ever lived in any other apartment community? Turnover at apartment's is true anywhere you go. Two of the girls have been there for as long as I have lived here, which has been two years now. Never had an issue and they are always available and willing to help. The pool remains full of human piss? Prove it moron. And maybe you should stop pissing in the pool. Why do you need "ethnic" people in the communitity? What is the difference if they are white, black, latino, indian? What the hell is the difference? Get a life. You are truly the scum of this earth.

I agree with alot of whats said. Theres no sidewalks,and people always have a crap load of people over and management does nothin about any kind of problem i think they just sit on there asses all day! There are so many other apts in the area that would be alot better choice. However i disagree about the white trash part.

I love living here i just renewed my lease and i plan to keep doing so.
