One word.....MOLD. Our laundry room flooded and the complex (office)did not do anything to clean it up. Now the laundry room is full of mold. I have counted several types of mold. Plus my storage unit (which is floor level) was full of mold and wet, and all my things in it was ruined. Yes....several calls were made to the office and corporate but nothing was done. I will not give this place a second look if I were you,unless you are one of the few that just doesn't care. Thank goodness I am out of there. Now to seek legal advice on my damages.
