Rachel was the representative that greeted my brother and myself. The apartment that we viewed was very CLEAN and smelled GOOD.

Pebble Point's townhomes have screen doors which is something that you DO NOT see at most properties. They have a nice view of the area and it's VERY CLEAN.

_There wasn't much noise polution
_We received a FREE (huge) george foreman grill
(due to the time we signed our lease)

Rachel is thinking about activities that the resident's could participate in - which is something that most properties DO NOT care about.............

Rachel is filling in for the former property manager - however I hope and pray she is considered to be the NEWLY appointed property manager..........

It seems like I will enjoy my stay at Pebble Point.

No, I did not write this review. This was written by a previous resident before she moved in. I was not even aware of this website until she told me she was going to post a review here. She did enjoy her stay at Pebble and I did enjoy managing the community until I left in December.
