These apartments are amazing. I got a 1 bedroom for 400 a month!! That is unheard of in indy and its not in a bad area at all. go 10 minutes north and the area gets bad but go 10 minutes south to get stuff and its a really nice area with even a country club. The apts are nice, safe as far as i know, not noisy, and the staff is very friendly. If your looking for a one bedroom then your crazy not to rent here.

I personally don't think this area is very nice at all. I wouldn't want to live there. I don't know what this person is talking about... I'm from Indianapolis, and the further north and the further west you go, the nicer it gets. Head east, and it gets really bad. Is the person that wrote this even from Indy?

First of all 10 minutes north is 38th street so your telling me that that's nice? And I was refering to the apts not the area as nice. The apts are average nice and the area below average. But you can just drive to avon for shopping and stuff.

Go a couple minutes west and you are in a good area, everywhere else I am not too sure about.

10 minutes south of Pebble Point is Avon... Avon is one of the nicest freaking places around Indy! Why would you think that it isn't? Before you go critizing people.. check your facts!
