Live there for 1 1/2 years. I got it since it was supposed to have a basketball court, but there wasn't and they were not going to fix it, since it was vandalize.
Their Gym was broken, and it took more than 3 months to get is fix, since I have been here, there is still one machine that needs fixing.
Their pool gate was broken, and instead of being fix right away, they had us use the apartment complex's pool next to us. It had been broken for at least 2 months.
And worst yet, I have 2 cars broken into, vandalism, since they do not steel anything, but yet even though they say they have a city courtesy police that stops by, things keep getting vandalize.
they have no garages that will protect your car either, so you will be out of luck.
they would not do anything else about it.
