I lived at Pebble Point for 2 years and didn't care too much for it. I do have to say that the apartments were a nice size, but the rent is way over priced. They hike up the rent every year at least by $30. I had a neighbor who lived right next to me in the same type of townhouse who was paying almost $1000 a month and I was paying $800. The longer you live there the higher the rent is which is feel is totally unfair. The maintenance staff suck. When I first move in it took over a week for them to come out an fix anything and that was after i got smart with them. When they did finally come out to fix something, they half-assed it, so it was never done very good. The apartments were so outdated, my stove and refrigerator were older than me (I'm serious too, the sticker said 1979 on it). The office staff was nice, I never had a problem with that. Overall, its not too bad, but I lived in better places.

I am not office staff just for the next person knows. But I will say I lived at Pebble Point and the maintenance took care of my problem quickly. I had a bad dishwasher, the called told me what was going on and told me when they would get to me. Mind you a dishwasher isnt a huge hurry for them to fix. I can do dishes. It was only a couple of days and I ended up with a new dishwasher. I had heat go out on me. They immediatly was here when I called. In minutes! Honestly... Its a safe place! I am a single girl. Dont move to Fishersmans Village right next to here! Drug dealers BAD!
