My boyfriend and I lived at Pebble Point for one year and would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the property management, maintenance, vadalism and many of other problems that we experienced there. First off the pool was not opened until the middle of July the first year that we were there which with no heater it was not warm enough to swim in until august. The property manager was completely rude and not very good at her job. When we first put the deposit down on our apartment we added the $160 pet deposit because I was coming with my 140lb labrador and 6 months into living there he had to be put to sleep and we ended up getting another puppy. She saw the puppy and sent us a letter saying that we need to come and put our pet deposit down which we stated that we had already paid when we first moved to the complex (mind you we called and remided her 3 times that we had a dog and did not see him included on the lease) she stated that it was basically their mistake that they did not add the pet rent in and that we needed to pay it still. We eventually went thru aimco and were told that we would only have to pay if we renewed the lease. When we first moved in we had a list of problems with the apartment that we had to repeatedly go to her about before maintenance finally came to fix them and even then they would show up in the late afternoon after we explained to her that we work overnights and if someone was going to come and fix something she either needed to call or come early in the morning. It wasn't bad enough that they would show up in the late afternoon but the guy pounded on our front door and proceeded to go to the balcany door and pound there too. Someone also came into our apartment to put blinds up without our permission while we were in the room sleeping! I could go on for hours about this company and complex but hopefully you get the idea.
