Pickwick farms is a nice idea for the corporate person....only no corporate person in their right mind would want to stay here. It is getting very rundown and the residents are not by any means, "from the coprporate world. I?m sorry, but when I want to stay somewhere short term I want my sleep. If you have a problem with your room, don?t think it will be dealt with. You can?t even get the general manager to call you back. When you threaten to go elsewhere they all say ok. OK'. . .I thought you were trying to help me. Maintenance will only come out ususally if you are dying or pipes are bursting, but then if the pipe bursts, you are responsible as a tenant for the whole world. The housekeeping staff is horrible... they do not replace or clean matresses or clean under beds.....think about it people, you are sleeping with the last 10 people that slept in that bed. Oh yeah, the colts haven?t stayed at Pickwick for at least 8yrs....stop advertising it people! The Firebirds also stay at Pickwick, but less now because they had "break in problems". All in all, Get a new general manager, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. Upgrade the apartments and call channel 6.....Then maybe things will change and Pickwick Farms will be able to attract the Corporate people. my vote out of 10...2!
