Pickwick Farms management and clubhouse workers are horrible to ------ and children. -----, the security guard picks on my son constantly and makes racial slurrs about ------. He had threaten to have me evicted since Feb 2006 because I stand up for my son and myself. He has accused my son of doing things he didn't do and actually put his hands on my son. He kicked my son out of the swimming area even an adult is there watching him. I asked for 1 screen door for 1 1/2 yrs and just now got it. Tile has embedded dirt and I was told they could not change it. Mold in all of the windows. They came and painted over it and it's growing back through. Bushes are so big that they are covering the sidewalk to where it's hard to get to my door. Ask for them to be cut for 2 years, several times. I was supposed to get a free carpet cleaning if I signed the lease again, never got it. Asked at least 3 times. Since I called coporate on ----- twice and no calback. Spoke with ------- (mngr) about him twice. And now they are evicting me because I stood up to -----'s threats and harrasment. My kids and I have no family here and no where to go. Apartments will deny us due to eviction.They say I have to be out by the end of this month so I didn't pay the rent because I need the money to move on short notice. They sent me a court date. No one did anything about ----- but yet I'm kiciked out! My son had friends stay the night and I had my friend stay the night a few days. I was accused of having someone live with me. Not once did they come check my apartment, they said I violated the lease. They just want to add on reasons to evict me because they know they are wrong by doing this in the first place when it is -----'s fault. Still, no one from coporate has called me even though this is an emergency. Also, clubhouse worker, -----, works with ----- in harrassment and accusations. She once told my son that I look anorexic. ----- and ----- tells newcomers not to associate with my family because we are trouble makers, even though there are no complaints about us, except from them. I keep to myslef. I have been there almost two years and couldn't tell you my neighbor's name. I have never in my life been harrassed like this and made to feel like nothing in a place I lived. ----- said to me twice that he doesn't like us and he knows how ------ are because he has four in his family. If you haven't gottne it yet, ----- is white! ----- is ----- but treats ------ like they are nothing. Now I have no where to go because of one man who is WRONG!!! It's not fair and I am getting a lawyer and suing. Especially that I filled complaints of this man threatening to have us evicted because he CAN!! and he was right, it's happening. I have been denied 3 apartments alreadty because of this. I have two weeks and me and my two kids are sleeping outside. Borns Management shoud be ashamed to have hired such staff and allowing me and my kids to be put out on the street of no fault of ours. Anyone want to join me in my law suit, feel free. I'm sure someone else out there has gone through at least close to what I have with this property. I hope coporate reads this as well. Maybe someone will wake up there when I win this law suit!!!! Cause I will. No doubt!!!

we had the same problem to but they werent gonna kick us out ----- i couldnt stand her and her smart remarks she always had something to say to my kids i got fed up!
