Ghetto City Here From: DONT_COME_HERE Date posted: 5/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   First of all they may as well take Section 8 They do not screen anyone here. The leasing manager Susie is a living nightmare. She tried to tell me I had people in and out of my apartment that did not live there. So i fixed her real good. WHen her boss was down I asked for a copy of my lease and right in fron of him and her I said wow Susie you must have forgot I had my brother and his wife on my lease now you can quit sending me threatening letter to evict me and i handed her boss a handful of them!!! I hated it here the second day I was here a lady was shot to death 3 doors down from my aaprtment outside of hers, the third day someone else got gunned down. As far as security they are to busy harrassing the tenants about where or how they are parking their car to pay attention to anything else.
