AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Do not I repeat, Do NOT rent from any Zender Property.

My boyfriend lived in this apartment and I lived in the Harrison across the way.

They are shady people who just want to nickle and dime you and they paint everything to cover up stains and CAT HAIR.

There was hair stuck to the wall with paint on it...

seriously who does that.

These people are awful.

Also if you go to the Sex Preditors website on the indiana sheriffs website there are over 40 registered rapists and sex offenders and child molesters because they DO NOT do background or crimial checks on anyone who lives in these apartments.

Spend your money elsewhere..

do not give them a dime.

ROT IN HELL!!!!!!!!!!
