The previous review has a right to an opinion and to say that they felt safe in this apartment, but believe me, the previous reviews have NOTHING to do with irresponsibility of rent payment.

I am happy that some people have a good experience here, but everyone should know the ugly truth of what can really happen here.

I paid my rent every time days ahead of time and even moved out 3 months early and paid the back pay just to get out of here.

I know people complain because they are sheltered and stuck up and have no idea what it's like to actually live in bad conditions, but if you care at all about your safety do not live here.

I've moved every year for the past 6 years because I've been out of my home city and in school...and i've lived places where I've heard gunshots outside and cars were broken into near my house, and it was unsafe to walk around in the dark, but this is BY FAR the worst place I have ever experienced.

Yes, the INSIDE of the apartment is nice...but I even had someone come to my door at 3am and try to get in one night...make sure you lock your door.

I have also witnessed several unsafe events (car being broken into, blood in the lobby that wasn't cleaned for 3 days, domestic abuse in the hallways and parking lots, dog urine and piles of human saliva in the elevators), and compared to the average, there are WAY MORE sex offenders living in and around this building than there should be.

And about children running up and down the hallways...my gosh...talk about irresponsibility, how could ANYONE bring a CHILD into an apartment this unsafe especially with child offenders living in and around the building.

Fine if you want to live here yourself as an adult and have your own apartment...but DO NOT bring a helpless child into this place and PLEASE DO NOT let them run up and down the hallways.

I'm not trying to cut down on the previous post, as I said, I am happy that someone had a good experience here and I wish I would have too...but it really upset me when children were brought into this...I am an adult and had serious safety issues here...please be cautious when considering bringing a child into this atmosphere...
