I just want to say that in the reviews below there are obviously very bias in a negative way. Probably couldn't be responsible enough to pay rent etc or there are other underlying problems...
I will just say that even after reviewing this info I took the time to look into the facts....
I went to the CRIME website that is listed in the other review, guess what there really hasn't been ANY serious incidents in the last 90 days.
SECONDLY, There is only ONE (1) listed SEX CRIME Offender, we have to remember that just because they are in a database doesn't mean they are child molesters. In this case the guy has a prior solicitation charge. Serious but think about all the ones who either haven't been caught or haven't yet committed the act that live in your current neighborhood.
SO back to the property...
It is a must see for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot, but wants a nice place. Check it out for yourself. But don't let people discourage you because of other issues that obviously are not spoken of... I did the research and thats why I had to leave a review..
P.S.: I DONT WORK FOR THEM...
AND HELL IF THEY HAD A PLACE THAT REALLY HAD A BUNCH OF SEX OFFENDERS I GUESS THERE WOULDN'T BE LOUD KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS.
