The place is ok, just uncaring, ignorant morons in the office.
I had a 1/2 inch gap between the door, and the door frame. The heat never really worked...

Abby and Ben are really down to earth and caring. I didn't like some of the other girls, BUT I would not tell someone not to live here. I did not have a problem at all. The maintenance was very good!! I did have some complaints about things, but they were promptly taken care of. Overall, I really liked the location and neighbors. Some people let their kids run around, but you get that everywhere.

I love living here! Heather and Audra are awesome and really friendly. Even there courtesy officers are polite, and very effective at keeping things running smoothly. The location is awesome, and I never wanna move!

Try to transfer... When I was looking around at other places, the other apartments would ask where I was currently at, when I told the Reflections, they asked if I had tried to transfer.
That should tell you something.
And I agree, Ben was awesome. However, he no longer works there.
