(manager photo) (user photo) this is spots on the carpet that i belive to be mildew, they just keep showing up. (user photo) this is the DISCUSTING shower...the wall is peeling off and mold is growing under it! (user photo) our nasty carpet! (we didnt do it!)

I have only been here a week, but so far I LOVE Regency Park. I have all brand new flooring and they painted before I moved in. The girls in the office are so helpful and nice. And maintenence is WONDERFUL. I had to have them come to turn on the cold water in my shower, and the guy was waiting at the apartment by the time I walked back from the office!

I know what this new neighbor is talking about. My child loves the pool (salt water pool) the pool is always clean and ready for everyone to enjoy. I want to thank the new owners for the roads, it's great. I haven't had any problems in my apartment lately; but I'm so pleased with all the new changes. Thank You.
