The staff was incredibly helpful in getting moved in. I lived in tower 1 on the 8th floor. It was a bit of a chore moving in as there was only one elevator available.

The location was incredible. Close to The Murat Centre, bars and restaurants, and grocery shopping. Easy access to other areas of the city with I65 about 4 blocks away. Parking was a bit of a pain and expensive. I did have my car broken into once.

While there I did endure a fire and a flood. The fire occurred in the storage area(appeared to have been an angry lovers spat!). Evacuation was fairly orderly. It was a bit unnerving. Some of the residents didn't hear the alarm.

The flood was a water main break into my apartment. It was extremely cold and that is why the break occurred. Maintenance was very slow in stopping the leak. The water spilled into a cat litter box. I asked that they replace the carpet but they refused and a "friendly agreement" was made that the carpet would be replaced upon moving out. Unfortunately my cat did pee on the carpet where the box spilled. At the time of move out I was not refunded my deposit and was charged an addition $238 for replacement of the carpetting.

As for the amenities, they were nice. The workout facility (in tower 2) was convenient. The common area had a pool table and big screen TV. I used this on more than one occasion to gather friends. They also had a room that could be rented for parties ($50 fee) - I used that a couple of times and was very happy with that. The pool was very nice also.

Other general musings: the office determines when the heating and the cooling is turned on and off in the building. So if you had a cool stretch when the a/c was on in the building, no heat. And visa versa. The views of the downtown skyline were spectacular. The balconies were for the most part useless 9 months out of the year because it was so windy. They also had apartments for rent by the night for $75 if they were available.

Bottom line: If you like a pool and workout facility and convenient location to the downtown scene and don't mind much else AND have some extra disposible income this is the place. But there are many more places downtown that are more affordable.
