I have lived at Riley Towers for the past four years. I have never been happier. You cannot beat the location, the staff couldn't be more helpful and my apartment is unbelievable.

I disagree with many of the negative comments made. One person mentioned that they didn't like the concrete walls because it was too hard to hang pictures. If they had even bothered to ask the office, they would have found out that maintenance would hang all of their pictures for them for free. I would rather have someone hang my pictures for me and have a sound proof apartment.

Another person mentioned that the heating and air is a problem. The office does have control over the heat and air, but they have too, they are on a central heating and air system. With Indiana's forever changing weather they are flipping the air back and forth constantly. We do have induvidual controls in our apartment. I get in arguments with my own wife about the temperature in our own home, can you imagine tring to please hundreds of people.

Parking and the elevators seem to be a hot button item as well. The parking garage is attached directly to my building so I never have to go out in the rain or snow. This alone is worth the money that I pay for my spot. They have been trying to repave the entire garage; that would take a while with all the people still using it.

The elevators are being completly replaced. This alone is worth the wait. I have visited tower 1, which has the elevators completed, and I can't wait for that to happen in my building. The elevators look outstanding.

I don't ever think that constant renovations is a bad thing. You may have a few quarks here and there, but at least I know that I am living in an apartment community that is always changing for the better. Being the long term and happy resident that I am, I think that this is one of their best features.

Wow, sounds like you are answering all of the negative postings...and how do you know so much about every aspect of the whole apartment community...could it be because you work there???? You guys are so lame, it's obvious what you are doing, but the truth will come out!
