Friendliest Staff in town!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I just moved in to Riley Towers a month ago. After researching all the apartments downtown and dealing with people who were less than helfpul to say the least, I find Riley Towers. When I moved, I was under a great deal of stress and the leasing staff was incredible. They were always available to answer my million questions, and when I finally arrived to move in (as I rented my apartment over the phone, which is scary enough) the ladies in the office were so welcoming and helpful to me. The maintenance staff is responsive and gets everything done, so far, within 24 hours of a request. There is somebody at the front desk 24/7 which is so nice. Overall the staff here is professional, courteous and accommodating. If you are looking for a great apartment with a professional and helpful staff, visit Riley Towers!
