Riley Towers

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived in several high-rises across the states. Riley really does a nice job of keeping up with the place. Maintenance is really good and respond pretty quickly. The concierge is very plesant when I retrive packages or my dry-cleaning. Parking does cost each month but that is to be expected in any urban area. My apartment which I think is the most important thing to mention. The bathroom is a bit small but the kitchen,dining room and bedroom all make up for it. Also, the view from my balcony is just fabolous! If you are looking to relocate to Riley I would def. suggest spending a bit more if you can and get one of the renovated apartments. One other thing to mention is the sound proofing i really dont hear my neighbors at all unless they are in the hall way.
