Highly Recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Came to finish school at IUPUI (2 miles away), expected to live here for 6 months, stayed 1 year. We visited almost all the complexes in the vicinity of IUPUI and this was the most reasonable, and they offered us a 6 month lease. The office and maintence staff is great, they fixed any issues same day. Lightning fast response even after hours. New windows installed this year! When was the last time your Apt windows worked so well' Public areas cleaned every day. 24 hour laundry, always change in the change machine. Plenty of space and storage. We would stay if there were jobs in Indy. The best pizza is less than 1 mile away.
