Lies and Deception

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We thought we had found a wonderful place to live...but we quickly changed our minds after moving in. The office staff is a pain to deal with and they lie more often than not. They refuse to take responsibility for anything. Our apartment was infested with silverfish before we moved in and they have refused to take measures to rid the apartment of them. We have spent a great deal of our own money to try and combat the problem to no avail.
Parking is not guaranteed. It is so overcrowded that cars are continually parked in fire lanes or double parked.
Security is a real issue because people to do not keep the buzz in doors closed. Lighting is often burned out. Not to mention we found our mailbox pryed open one day and when we went to report it we found out that one of the maintanence men had done it and the office wasn't going to do anything to fix it until we demanded that it be fixed immediately!
Noise is a real problem. Champps sports bar which is located directly behind the apartments has outdoor entertainment during the summer months almost nightly. It sounds as if you have a radio blarring in your apartment.
We have seen people peeing in the parking lot, and even sawing Jeeps in half!
Living here was a BIG mistake we can't wait to leave!
The apartments may be pretty and the office staff may sound wonderful at first but it's certainly not worth the money.
