Whatever you do, do not sign a lease!! If you like loud music and tons of noise this is your kind of complex. Between Champs resturant music blaring through the week and hearing neighbors music and conversations don't ever expect to get a good nights sleep. There is no compasion for others at this place.
Parking is unbelivable. The only way you get a parking spot is if you are home before 4pm. It is so bad people park n handicaped spts, fire lanes, and even in the ramp to the office.
Maintenace lacks knowledge. After two or three tries they might of finally fixed the problem.
Don't let the tour decieve you. Their rates are way over priced for what you actually recieve: Garbage disposals that are so loud you can hear them run above and below you and down the halway, carpet that still has hair matted in between the carpet and baseboard, stained carpet, and TONS OF NOISE, and much much more.
We can't wait tell our lease is up. It's so bad we are even considering breaking our lease.
