Relatively nice apartments but the hallways/entry ways leave a lot to be desired. Haven t really had any experiences with the maintenance so I can t comment. Staff seems generally nice, though they lied to me about short-term leases (said that they only offer 12 month).
Parking is an absolute nightmare. Never can you park near your apartment. It also took 36 hours for the complex to start removing the snow. Many residents were stuck shoveling themselves and it took several days for them to finally remove it adequately.
This is generally a very young apartment complex. Not many families or older folks. Therefore it goes without saying that this place is LOUD. Be prepared to be awoken throughout the spring/summer/early fall. My favorite experience was being woken by a group of drunken girls singing karaoke on their porch at 4:30 on a Tuesday morning. Then there are the drunkards who enjoy urinating on the sidewalks (admittedly I haven t seen this too often).
If you don t mind the above, than these are generally nice places to stay. I guess I have just been out of college too long.
