PROS: Almost all residents are mid 20s to early 30s. Very nice neighbors. Nice parties for resdients as well.
CONS: Constant smoke and sewer smell in apartment. Very very drafty. Heating bills are outrageous. If you ever want to live here, make sure you live on top floor to avoid as much noise as possible.
