Complex is in a good location -- close to a lot of activity. It's also in a bad location, next to a quarry with blasting daily and chemical smells in the air from time to time (along with a lot of dust). Layout of apartments are nice, especially the large, 2-bedroom "condo" style apartments. The attached garages are large with extra room for storage. Residents are very nice -- some families but mostly young professionals. Residents are quiet. The staff is TERRIFIC -- responding to maintenance calls very fast working hard to make it fun (they organize parties such as wine tastings, pet night, etc.). Speaking of pets, unfortunately some residents with pets are inconsiderate and don't pick up their poop. Also, apartments aren't insulated very well. They're drafty and heating bills can be high.
