the office staff is nice, most the neighbors are very nice and it's in a great location other than being close to the sewer smell etc... 2br's with attatched garage are great since you can walk right into your apartment from your garage. Can be noisy at times. The heat/air doesn't work real well-front room is very hot in winter and back room is very cold. Complex is a bit noisy at times. I have a small dog and always pick up his poop, but other neighbors don't always do that which is gross and rude. The complex is kept up pretty well with pretty flowers etc.. though.
