Not the typical apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   River Ridge is not the typical apartment place with loud collge kids running around and being drunk everytime to walk outside. Most of the people look @ 25-50 but have it together and want a nice place to live. The rents are a little higher but you def. get what you pay for. It is so close to 96th St but you dont have the noise from the road. The houses across from River Ridge sell for $350,000-750,000 so the entire area is nice. It is great if you have a dog too, there are several places to walk around. My apartment is a 2 bedroom and is very large and well layed out. Also, the pool is already open for the season! The area is totally safe and easy to get to everything within a few minutes.
