ABSOLUTE WORST! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   Would rather have Chinese water torture done to me than finish my lease term. I may just have to pay a ton to get out of the rest of my lease, but it will be worth it. Twice a week a 17 year old wannabe gangster comes to the door asking for money so he/she can "take a trip around the world with their school". This does not make much sense because the neighborhood around these apartments are very nice. Maybe the management busses them in just to have some "fun" with their residence. About 27 advertising flyers are left on your door a week, quite a mess to clean up if you have to go on a business trip. Something under the bathroom sink smells like rotten eggs and no matter how much I clean the smell never leaves. The tiles in the kitchen are cracked and coming up, I must stub a toe 3 times a week. The dishwasher is louder than a jet engine, but yet still cleans nothing. Same with the washer and dryer, clothes take about 4 cycles to finally get dry. Management acts quite nice before you sign your lease, but when it's done, so is your relationship with them. Do not ever try to get help with anything from management. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor snore every night before I go to sleep. Between the hours of 8:30pm-11:30pm EVERY NIGHT it sounds like the people above me are running a marathon, I try to walk as gently as possible so the people below aren't as frustrated as I am. The fitness center photo on the website must be done with some trick photography because it is much smaller in person, not to mention the machines are usually broken, it does have some freeweights but they sit on some shelves that I have cut myself on!! I have lived in about 6 different apartment complexes in my life, some bigger than others, and this is by far the worst. I don't see how they stay in business, the management staff is completely incompetant and EXTREMELY lazy, which is shown by there lack in professional appearance. One positive about this place is the maintenance staff, very nice guys and very attentive. I hope for their sake they can find employment elsewhere before this place is out of business. I noticed before I lived here on some apartment rating websites there are a lot of positive ratings, this must be the property manager spending a few hours a day coming up with positive ratings and flagging all the negatives. NO ONE I have spoke with that lives here thoroughly enjoys it. Most people just put up with it because moving is such a hassle. THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
