I am not sure what the previous poster is refering to. I have resided at River Ridge for 2 going on 3 years and have a really good relationship with my neighbors- all of which seem pretty happy.

I do go to the community events they plan and there is always a good turn out. They do leave flyers to remind people of the dates. When I go on vacation I tell them to hold all mail and packages.

I live on the 1st floor and hear very little "neighbor noise". It is an apartment so every so often I might hear something but it is much better than other places I have lived.

Maintenace is good and as far as my appliances, if their is something that needs attention they take care of it in a quick manner.

The staff is always friendly when I go to the office. I went today to drop my rent check off (they tell me I can pay on line but I have not got around to setting it up). I also seem them at the grocery, restuarants, etc and they are always friendly outside of river ridge too.

The place must be pretty full because I had to go on the waitlist when I transfered from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.

As far as the actual apartment I live in now-I love it. I have huge windows in my dining room, a really large patio, both bedroom are seperate which is good for my roommate and I, the living room is a nice size, and both bathrooms are big.
